Tuba Erbil, co-founder & COO of RebelBase, develops organization-wide systems and processes, manages capacity allocation, and lays the groundwork for advanced analytics capabilities. Throughout her career, Tuba has used data to guide decision-making and power innovation at startups and growing firms. Prior to her work with RebelBase, Tuba worked as a senior business analyst for FreshDirect’s fast-growing B2B division, where she honed her talents for using data to analyze impact, spur innovation, and assess ROI. Previously, she managed software operations and teams for CapGemini and Morgan Stanley, and gained entrepreneurial experience at August Ninth Analysis, an analytics firm serving the chemical mixing industry. Tuba has masters degrees from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, and degrees in chemical and industrial engineering from Turkey’s leading Bogazici University.

Titi has been a volunteer teacher for over 15years and is currently the Chairperson of Bethesda Child Support Agency, an NGO that provides free education to children across poor & undeserved communities across sub-Saharan Nigeria"

Tara Charne is the Founder of Mama Soul, a collective that provides resources for women to empower and educate them on topics around mental and physical health. Tara started Mama Soul when she became a mother later in life and was faced with a startling lack of support. After twenty years working as a costume designer, Tara left her career in tactile creativity behind to pursue a much-needed digitally creative space. She is passionate about yoga, supporting postpartum women, and of course, her son Laszlo.

Corinne Vargas is a former actuary turned speech-language pathologist who knows the power of data. She created the earliest version of SMART Charts in grad school using excel and macros. Since then it had grown into a stand-alone app to help care teams achieve better outcomes via pictures (data visualization) and documentation automation. Today SMART Charts helps kids, families and clinicians easily capture and understand progress, visualize their gains and celebrate the wins along the way to betterment regardless of age, education, native language, and SES.

Karen has been building safe, equitable and compassionate care solutions, and has more than 25 years of experience delivering collaborative models that fill gaps in the maternal health care systems. She is the founder and CEO of Okkanti, a B-Corp organized to serve communities of birthworkers and maternal health supports and to match them with the families that need their care. Together we can build generational health for all.

Fusing a love of expression with equation, Joy has worked in the Language Tech space since 1998. A linguist, programmer and entrepreneur, she runs AI Emotion Science company Elaboration, detecting emotion in natural language. She loves questions, poetry, + conversations that get to the heart of things.

Specializing in service design, UX/UI, and community based social entrepreneurial projects. Intention Labs provides Service Consulting, Discovery & Research, Product Audits. We specialize in designing for teams solving complex problems.
