With more than 25 years of experience in software development and data-driven product innovation, Tracie is a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in AI, data science, and enterprise architecture. Her journey includes co-founding Menerva Software, where she helped organizations turn data into actionable insights. The idea for TRaiCE emerged from a real-world pain point uncovered by her advisor Joe Kurian—unnoticed digital red flags contributing to loan defaults. Fueled by this insight, Tracie launched TRaiCE in 2021 to bring AI and unstructured data analytics into mainstream portfolio monitoring systems. Her domain knowledge in telecommunications and financial services continues to shape practical, explainable AI solutions.
